Please make sure you double check the address you have typed into our system. We unfortunately can't take responsibility for any incorrect address given and you will not qualify for a refund in this case. For example: If your item has been shipped to the incorrect address and picked up by someone else, we can not give you a refund for this order.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being received (Monday - Friday), and arrive approximately 1-6 days from dispatch depending on the address location (refer to table below for approximate delivery time based on your location). If your order was received during the weekend, we will process your order on the Monday.

DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from Sydney NSW, 2067, and a tracking number is issued via email.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
Signature on delivery is not required for all parcels. You must provide a safe and secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you enter the wrong address at checkout, please contact us within half an hour of placing the order or text us on +61432200400. If Glow Proteins is not contacted within this time frame and a tracking number has already been issued, a 'return to sender' fee will be charged.
International Orders
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the items in your cart. For all packages returned to the sender, Glow Proteins will refund your order once we receive the item. However, the shipping costs you initially paid will not be refunded. Additionally, if Glow Proteins incurs additional shipping charges due to the return, we are not liable to pay these charges, and they will be deducted from the total amount owed to you.
Please allow 10 to 20 business days to receive your order pending customs clearance and your destination zone. We know this seems a little longer than usual, but due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions because of Covid-19, overseas transit times are a little longer than normal, we do promise however that the Glow will all be worth it at the end :)
International customers, please note that some (not all) countries will require payment of a Government-mandated import or VAT tax before your order can be processed through Customs. Our shipping cost does not cover this. Glow Proteins does not accept responsibility for duties or taxes that may apply at the destination country or for any parcels held up in customs. Under no circumstance will Glow Proteins' accept any orders back due to rejection of custom charges.
